Each order will be delivered with the carrier's document of transport and the invoice, which states that the warranty is valid.
Fattoria Monte Fasolo warrants the products it supplies and customers have the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99. To back out of the order, follow this procedure:

Within ten working days from the date when the products are received, the products will have to be returned in the same conditions that they were delivered. As soon as we receive the products, we will assure ourselves that they are intact and will refund the paid amount within 30 days by bank transfer. The details of the current account (bank, branch/agency, IBAN) must be specified in your withdrawal letter. In all cases, all shipment costs to the seller are charged to the purchaser.
All our deliveries are carried out by Poste Italiane.
If nobody is present at the time of delivery, the postman leaves a note so that the customer can collect the parcel at the nearest Post Office, as indicated by the note.
Orders will be dealt with by Fattoria Monte Fasolo within three days upon receipt of payment.
Average delivery times are 9-10 days from shipment date. The above-mentioned delivery times are approximate and depend on external factors and events such as delays by the carrier, force majeure, heavy traffic, summer or Christmas holidays, etc. Delivery times start from the moment your order is booked and the credit is received.

The sale and purchase of products displayed on the site are ruled by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 dated September 6th 2005 (Code of Consumption) and by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 70 dated April 9th 2003 on Electronic Trading.
Step 1: Adding to the cart
THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF BOTTLES PER ORDER IS 6 OR ANY MULTIPLE OF 6.
To buy items on the Internet site, click on the cart icon. By clicking on the cart icon you enter the cart. You can continue shopping and add items to the cart by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING.
After all the items you want to buy are in the cart (at least 6 bottles, which can be of different types), click on the ORDER CONFIRMATION button to proceed with the order. Before finally sending the order for execution, specify invoicing details and shipping address. Enter the delivery address by specifying name, address, postal code, town and country.
Step 2: Order confirmation
By clicking on the CHEKOUT button, you enter the order summary page. On this page choose the payment method and click on the CONFIRM ORDER button. On the following page enter the details relative to the credit card. If you want to pay by bank transfer, write down the bank details and the description of payment. After reconfirming the order, you will receive an e-mail with the details about the order you have made.
