THE VINEYARDS AND CELLARS

Our vineyards cover the hills of our three estates: Monte Fasolo and Baone in the southern region of the Euganean Hills, and zuvigliano in the north. They are operated directly by our technical staff, and coordinated by winemaker Andrea Boaretti. Each grape variety is planted in the soil that is most suited
for creating fine products. This is acheived by considering the relationship between the soil, sun, climate and vines in each vineyard.

Our agronomist, Filippo Giannone, and the vineyard staff meticulously follow the wine production process. After careful examination of their ripeness, the grapes are hand-picked
and processed in the cellars using the most advanced equipment. This process, therefore, ensures that the natural properties of the grapes are retained.
